Ahmadiyya Muslim Jamaat Japan held its 35th Jalsa Salana at Baitul Ahad, on 3-4 May 2018.

As per tradition, the Annual Convention commenced with the flag hoisting ceremony. Ataul Mujeeb Rashed Sahib, appointed by Hazrat Amirul Momineenaa to attend the event on behalf of the Markaz, hoisted the flag of Ahmadiyyat. 

Anees Ahmad Nadeem Sahib, National President and Missionary in-charge Japan raised the flag of Japan. This was followed by the opening session in which Ataul Mujeeb Rashed Sahib, in his opening address, explained the objectives and blessings of Jalsa Salana as taught by the Promised Messiahas.

During the proceedings of this gathering, speeches were delivered on a wide range of topics and was, thus, a great source of enhancing religious knowledge and uplifting spirituality of the attendees.

AMJ Japan

In the concluding session, Ataul Mujeeb Rashed Sahib, presented Academic Excellence Awards to exceptional students. The National President (AMJ Japan) in his concluding remarks reminded the members of an instruction given to all Ahmadis by Hazrat Khalifatul Masih Vaa; to read, understand and follow the teachings of the Promised Messiahas included in the book Noah’s Ark.

Over 175 people from across Japan – including guests from Indonesia, Pakistan, UK and UAE – attended Jalsa Salana Japan. Also, representatives of various faiths and guests from different walks of life participated in this gathering.
