عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُوْلُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ طَلَبُ الْعِلْمِ فَرِيْضَةٌ عَلَى كُلِّ مُسْلِمٍ
Hazrat Anas bin Malik, may Allah be pleased with him, narrated that the Holy Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said:
“It is the duty of every Muslim to seek knowledge.”
